Easy to Make Homemade Cheesy Garlic Bread

    Everyone loves some good garlic bread. Crunchy outside of the bread garlicy soft goodness on the inside. Now when some people get garlic bread, they love it with some cheese. The cheese gets melty and crunchy at the same time! ( and it is delicious! )  Now you probably know I'm going to show you how to make cheesy garlic bread. Well.... you guessed right! 4 tbsp of butter melted 3 cloves of minced garlic 1 whole head of garlic aluminum foil half a cup of cheese (pecorino or parmesan) a french loaf cut from end to end in half First, take your head of garlic and and chop off the top and wrap it in aluminum foil and place in the oven at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes to roast. While garlic is roasting, start adding minced garlic and salt and pepper to the butter. add a few cloves of roasted garlic to the butter too. ( they should pop right out when you squeeze ) Stir well. Using a paint brush or a spoon or kitchen brush, apply butter mixture to each half...

Poke in California... or, Anywhere!

       If you don't already know, poke is a dish that consisted of raw fish like salmon or tuna, and greens and/or grains. You can usually find it in Hawaii and it's starting to come to California and other western states. I'm talking about the poke in California  because I used to live in Orange County. Now, I am here on vacation! Me and my family have a poke place just down the street from here called Kamea Poke. We think it is awesome so when we fly in, We stop to get lunch!
